:::::COSTA RICA WEDNESDAY—CURE THOSE WINTER BLAHS WITH A FIELD TRIP AND LAB CREDIT (AND BE BACK IN TIME FOR SPRING SEMESTER)
TROPICAL BIOLOGY FIELD LAB EXPERIENCE—COSTA RICA: Wednesday, September 19 at 4pm in Jordan Hall 248. Dr. Ruf will give an overview of the Costa Rica field lab experience. Spend December 27, 2007 to January 6, 2008 in Costa Rica, traveling to national parks, rain forest, cloud forest, and biological field stations. This is a great program. Not only do you get a terrific experience seeing the co-evolution between plants and animals, ecology, botany, but you also get 3 hours of BIOL L433: Tropical Biology—an upper level lab credit that you can apply toward your IU Biology degree!
