JOIN US ON SUNDAY, APRIL 6 FOR THE HOMEWARD BOUND WALK!!!
The Homeward Bound Walk is a 5K walk held in Bloomington on April 6,
2008 and is free to join! It is an annual walk to help people experiencing homelessness with shelter, food, and other emergency assistance needs. The money raised will help the people in Bloomington who need it the most. It’s also a great opportunity to enhance community involvement on your resume!
I’m the Team Leader of Shalom Community Center for the Homeward Bound Walk. We are getting a team together to represent Shalom in the walk. Our goal is to get at least 100 people to come out and walk to fight homelessness!
To join:
-Log onto www.homewardboundindiana.org
-Click on “Register Here” in the left column -Select “Join a team”
-Fill out username and password
-On the next screen, scroll down to “Shalom Community Center” and click “JOIN”
