Start your summer with a great teaching opportunity and chance to cement your knowledge of molecular biology.
Summer Session I Molecular Biology (BIOL-L 211) will meet from 8:20-10:10 a.m. on MTWTh from May 13-June 20, 2014. Tests will be held on Fridays at same time. No class on Memorial Day. UTAs will run learning groups on T and Th from 9:20-10:10 a.m each week. These interactive small group settings are where students really learn the material. UTAs must attend lectures and are responsible for grading worksheets and tests. UTAs have the option to be paid or enroll in the summer session for L499 grade.
Interested future UTAs who have already taken BIOL-L 211 and received an “A” should contact Dr. Bettina Niner Kehoe directly (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please send your unofficial transcript and a completed application that can be found on the Biology Department website: http://www.bio.indiana.edu/undergraduate/opportunities/teaching/index.shtml
