IUB’s LAW DAY is coming Monday, Sept 15!!!

Monday, September 15 is Law Day at IU. An astonishing 120 Law Schools will be in Alumni Hall.  Anyone from freshman to alumni are welcome, but if you are a current applicant or a junior, you really should consider this mandatory.

This is a rare and unique opportunity that your competition at other colleges simply does not have. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT—get an edge.   We expect a large crowd—come with questions, or just eavesdrop! Casual attire is fine.

One Admissions Dean from a top tier law school called IU’s Law Day “the best that I have ever attended at _any_ school!”

  1. PANEL DISCUSSION, Q & A SESSION, 9:00 am – 10:45 am (quiet latecomers always welcome, and leave early if you must—but do come!) in Whittenberger Auditorium of the Union.  Law School Deans from IUB and two other prominent schools will reveal the inner secrets of their admission processes:  “WHAT _REALLY WORKS_ IN A LAW SCHOOL APPLICATION!”  These folks represent the best in the business. Their personalities guarantee an especially entertaining (as well as informative) session.

  1. LAW FAIR, 11:00 am until 3:00 pm ALUMNI HALL.

Representatives from 120 law schools are here to recruit YOU!  Ask questions about their programs, admission requirements, and your specific strengths and weaknesses.  Pick up material, forms, information (and souvenirs). Don’t know what to ask? We’ve attached a list of questions above, along with a list of the attendees.

If you are merely curious, please come by and see what all the fuss is about. Walk around a bit, listen to conversations, and consider talking to some representatives.  They’ll have information, material, souvenirs, and great advice.
