Scholarship Opportunity for Summer 2015 Study Abroad

Want scholarship support for studying abroad THIS SUMMER?

The College of Arts and Sciences is currently accepting applications for the Cindy Simon Skjodt Study Abroad Scholarship for study abroad programs for Summer 2015. This scholarship supports College students participating in IU-approved, credit-bearing overseas study experiences.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • be pursuing a degree in the College of Arts and Sciences
  • be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the time of application
  • have a minimum College GPA of 3.300 at the time of application
  • have been accepted to participate in an IU-approved, credit-bearing overseas study program*

Note: Preference for awards is given to students with a major in Telecommunications

The Office of Sustainability is hiring twelve new interns through the Summer Internship Program in Sustainability.

The internship program utilizes campus as a living-learning “lab,” enlisting students as researchers in investigating important questions facing our community, such as: How do the ways in which our campus operates and consumes resources affect the social, environmental and economic well-being of our community?


For details on the program, you are welcome to attend an information session on Friday, Feb. 6 at SPEA (room 200A) from 2:30-3:30 pm. Snacks provided. Open to all students.
