Research suggests that self-compassion decreases emotional suffering and helps people thrive. Participants will learn about the elements and benefits of self-compassion, as well as practice experiencing it.

Dr. Carolyn Lee will teach you how to practice “Mindfulness”, a research-based strategy to help reduce anxiety, improve concentration, regulate emotion and much more! Bring a friend!
