#ImTechieToo — Participate in CEWIT’s Social Media Initiative for IU Women

CEWIT & Black Women in Technology are seeking women to be included in our upcoming social media initiative, #ImTechieToo!

#ImTechieToo is a social media initiative and event that will work to promote women of all ages to realize that their field of study, career field, and everyday lives promote technology. Similar to the formatting of Humans of New York (HONY), #ImTechieToo will utilize posts with short stories of women on campus who would not traditionally be considered ‘techie’, in addition to videos. The launch video will be debuted at the launch event happening during the week of January 29th, where attendees can fellowship and work to de-bunk the myth of only Computer Science (CS) majors being ‘techie’.
