Biology Club’s Spring semester callout is this Tuesday, January 31st at 7 PM in Ballantine 310! Make sure to come because we will be talking about our upcoming events this semester and what you can look forward to.
Also, starting this semester, we’re requiring dues. Dues will be $5 and will include an I *anatomical heart* IU Biology car sticker! If you cannot make the callout meeting and want to remain in the Biology Club this semester, let us know as soon as possible through Canvas or by emailing email@example.com to set up a time to meet and pay.

Attention IU biology students!
GlobeMed at IU is looking for students who believe global health is a human right not a privilege. GlobeMed at IU is a student run organization with over 50 chapters across the country. Each chapter is partnered with a grassroots organization abroad. GlobeMed at IU is partnered with the Trailblazer Foundation in Siem Reap, Cambodia. We work with the communities to help create sustainable projects to help eliminate diseases and provide nutrition and education to these rural communities. During finals week (December 14-18), students can stop by the GLBT office (8 am-5 pm) for free snacks and hot drinks. The GLBT office is located at 705 E. 7th Street. Come by and study or just relax!
This Wednesday November 4th GlobeMed at IU is partnering with Backdoor Comedy, The University tWits, and Rob Sherrell to bring to you Comedy for Cambodia! This year GlobeMed at IU is raising funds to help provide water filters to rural families in Siem Reap, Cambodia who don’t have access to clean water. These water filters help prevent water-borne diseases, which is still a huge issue in Cambodia. Doors open at 6:30 PM show runs until 9 PM with the best acts in town! Hodge Hall 111! Bring your friends and don’t forget!
