College of Arts & Sciences Undergraduate Commencement will be indoors at 3:00 p.m. tomorrow, due to weather

IU Bloomington has announced that students graduating from the College of Arts & Sciences will have Commencement at 3:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday, May 6), due to inclement weather.

Take note of the new location and time, all Biology, Microbiology, Animal Behavior graduating seniors!

Therefore, the Biology departmental celebration will take place in the morning:

 Location: Ballantine Hall 013 & Jordan Hall Atrium

Time:  10:00 a.m.

The Recognition program will be in Ballantine Hall 013 at 10:00 a.m., with refreshments to follow in the Jordan Hall Atrium.

Graduating in May 2016 and taking a transfer course right now? Read this!

Graduating seniors: The date has been changed by which transfer courses must be posted to your IU transcript in order for your degree to be conferred in May 2016. Here’s the new date: May 25, 2016.

 

This means all transfer courses must be posted to your IU transcript by May 25, 2016, in order for your degree to be conferred in May 2016. You must earn a grade of C or better in order for a transfer course to be accepted for credit at IUB.

 

As soon as your transfer course is completed and the grade is showing on the other institution’s transcript, send that transcript to IUB Admissions. For detailed instructions on how to send your final, official transcript from the other institution to IUB Admissions, go here: http://cts.admissions.indiana.edu/.
